My recent mural project, a gift for a friend.
my favorite part is the flowery stuff on the rock and the seahorses.
also, the rocks on the right are for a little nook in the room that has shelves and a desk and it is Ariels grotto of human stuff. When you look up you can see through that hole in the rock like you are inside.
you wont believe how many layers are on her hair to get it to be that red. wow.
Oooooohhh wow! That is so much work! Looks like it popped right out of the movie! That's amazing how realistically you painted the light switch and outlet, too!

normally I paint over them, but we didnt want the paint peeling over time. I told them if they wanted they could get wood ones and i'll paint those, but i think they'll stick with white or black. all the trim and furnature in the room is white so...

Fantastic. How many days did that take? Also, what kind of paint do you use? I've always used those small bottles of acrylic craft paints but I work on small projects, nothing like this.
